What should I expect from my first session?

We will take the first few moments to talk about what it is that has brought you to me and set an intention for the session, you will then lay down (or sit up) and be prepared to relax! When we finish I will talk you through what I saw or felt and if there is anything I can suggest for you to take home.

What is Light Language?

If you haven't heard of light language before, it can be quite daunting but it is just a way of communication from our highest beings to our soul. Light Language bypasses our physical mind and talks to our souls to heal, rejuvenate, re-code and enlighten or activate. It is pure magic!

How should I prepare for my first treatment?

There is nothing you need to do to prepare just come with an open mind and heart and be ready to receive healing.

I don't know why I want to see you, but I just do - is it still okay to make an appointment?
